Wrocław will have one of the most modern 3D printing technology in the world

Wrocław, the hometown of our lead partner – Wrocław University of Science and Technology, will have one of the most modern 3D printing technology in the world. 3D printing capacities will be boosted by the new 3D Printing Incubator that is being built at Dolnoslaskie Centrum Druku 3D by the Lower Silesian Innovation and Science Park. The cutting-edge device, which can be used for full-colour printing using multiple materials, can be used to create sophisticated human organs, glass transparency models or prototypes that look like a store shelf product. A J720 Dental machine produced by Stratasys has just been installed at the site.

The investment, which is expected to open at the start of 2021,  is worth over 5 million euros. A new 3D printing incubator will bring the latest technology to local companies and support innovation across a range of sectors and businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It will be especially useful for SMEs that cannot afford a whole set of 3D printing devices of their own.
