Saxony-Anhalt learns about Modena’s innovative software for on-demand bus services

On-demand bus services have been established as an important feature of the rural public transport network in both Saxony-Anhalt (Germany) and Emilia-Romagna (Italy). Modena’s agency for mobility and local public transport (aMo) pilots modern information and communication tools to improve and strengthen the service. aMo developed a new software for demand-driven services, which allows passengers to book and inform on bus services and planners to better coordinate the service and provide real-time information.
