STEP RI held its SYNERGY Crowd Innovation Day
On October 14th, STEP RI Science and technology park of the University of Rijeka organized a Crowd Innovation Day. The online event included presentation of the SYNERGY project and Crowd Innovation Strategy training for policy stakeholders. A special guest of the event was Ms Audrey Russo, president and CEO of the Pittsburgh Technology Council – the oldest (1983) and largest technology trade association in North America. She presented her valuable experience with open innovation approach and collaboration of scientific community, R&D and industry actors in the Pittsburgh region, when it comes to innovation development.
The rest of the event was dedicated to presentation of the results of the SYNERGY project and additional insight into the Crowd Innovation Strategy, with specific focus on the activities and performance indicators crucial for creating and strengthening the open innovation ecosystems in CE regions.
